I just got my package on Monday and I couldn't resist putting together a quick card before I posted about the deal today.  I wanted to try some of these adorable baby girl felt items and epoxy stickers.

The A2 card base (8 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches folded in half)  is a mint green Martha Stewart cardstock.  I added a 3 x 4 inch piece of pale pink cardstock that I embossed with the Cuttlebug A2 Combo Love Language which has tiny hearts.  I inked the edges and the surface with the new Creative Memories Chalking Ink in white.  I added the polka dot ribbon across the bottom.  I used my ATG adhesive for the ribbon and then trimmed the ends flush with the sides of the card.

This little pink baby bear is so adorable!  I used the Cuttlebug A2 Combo Welcome Baby for the baby shower sentiment and cut it in pink Core'dinations Gemstone cardstock.

Three of the small epoxy stickers with images of items that could be baby shower gifts are arranged in order from dark to light.

The finishing touch is the gradient gem sticker on the bear's bow - a bit of bling for the baby!

There is so much in the Deal of the Month packages.  I have many more projects in mind so you'll be seeing them now and then this month.  To visit Creative Charms and see all of the wonderful embellishments they offer, click HERE.

  1. I must not be much of a card maker. I've looked at that teddy bear a number of times (I bought it a couple of months ago when you first introduced us to Creative Charms) and thought, "I don't think I'll ever do little girl scrapbook pages. What will I ever do with these embellishments?" I don't think it occurred to me to make a card.

    Once again, thank you.

On a side note, have you done any quilt blocks as cards? I remember you saying you are also a quilter.
