Happy Thanksgiving (in Canada) and Happy Columbus Day

I want to wish all of my Canadian friends and readers a Happy Thanksgiving!  Happy Columbus Day to all of you in the USA.  I hope you have something fun planned if you have the day off.

Happy Monday to everyone, wherever you are in the world!  Did you get a chance to do some crafting over the weekend?  I came home from my Dad's on Friday and I have been busy sorting out some issues with my laptop.   It will probably take me a while to get everything back to normal but I do plan to find time to finish some projects today.

Here is a peek at part of one of my projects.  While I was busy cutting chipboard last week, I made these buttons.   They'll be great for finishing touches - and if you use them on cards they can't get broken in the mail!

Our weather is starting to turn cold - and the days are getting shorter and shorter.  I love the change of seasons but I do miss the daylight as we get into the winter months...

Be sure to stop by tomorrow - I think things have settled down enough for me to share the surprises I talked about last week!

  1. Love your Thanksgiving card!!! Did you cut those letters yourself? Your work is beautiful.
    Hugs, antonella :-)

  2. Yes, Good question. Did you cut the letters with your Cameo? Time for me to empty out the pond for the winter. Don't want the pump to freeze up.

  3. Hi Diane,
What die and stamp did you use for the buttons? Love the stamps on them.

  4. I also want to know what you used on the buttons. They are so cute and I'd be more apt to use this kind.

  5. I like the buttons. How did you make them>
