Happy April Fools Day! It doesn't seem possible, but there is snow on the ground here.
I took this photo Thursday night - in case you think that I am kidding about the snow... I certainly hope that this will disappear quickly. My neighbor says - "that's God's snow - God brought it and God can take it away!" (and our snowblower has already been moved to the "off season" position in the garage).
Let's not talk about snow - I have a few other things to share that will make you smile. Today the new kit and deal of the month will start at Creative Charms. I just received my package yesterday and it is full of wonderful things - and very "Springy" which makes me happy,
This big flower is so pretty - and I think I have the perfect project for it... I'll have more details about the new kit and deal later today or tomorrow.
I also have something very exciting to share. Scrappy-Go-Lucky just announced a wonderful competition - and the prize is a brand new Imagine machine! You can get all of the details and the rules on the Scrappy-Go-Lucky blog HERE.
Just to give you the short version - the competition involves creating a flower using the Scrappy-Go-Lucky colors (turquoise, green and brown) and sending it to Mandy so she can replace the live flowers in this lovely birdcage and hang it in the new workshop. There are so many ways to make flowers with the Cricut so get your "Imagine - ation" going!
As if that wasn't enough, Scrappy-Go-Lucky has another great opportunity for you. When you buy any of the following 3 items during the month of April you will have a chance to win the entire purchasing price as a cash refund!
Wouldn't it be nice to have your name come up and to spend your refund on more crafting supplies! (Because that's what we do...). Be sure to get all of the rules and the information about how to enter by reading THIS POST carefully.
I should mention that this quick little digital design was done with the Reminisce Spring Digital Addition from Creative Memories. (In case you are wondering, I altered the hue to turn the yellow paper in the kit pink). I always find it exciting to add new digital content to my library and I have many ideas for using the images and papers with my Cricut. So many projects - I need more hours in a day!
