A Wonderful Trip!

We are back home, safe and sound.  The Cricut Cruise was a wonderful experience and I want to thank ProvoCraft, Creative Memories and all of the people who voted for my layout and made it possible for my husband and I to go on this trip.

We celebrated our 30th anniversary in January.  On the first formal night, the dining room staff brought us a special cake.  They even sang an Indonesian song to congratulate us.  The food was delicious and there was a great variety available all of the time.  However, we need to start watching our food intake and try to return to our slimmer sizes by summertime!

There were many photo opportunities with the Cricut.  This photo was taken on the incredibly windy bow of the ship as we pulled in to San Juan.

This was our "home away from home" for a week.  The ship we were on is considered a medium size with around 2,000 guests and nearly 1,000 crew members.

I took thousands of photos and I'll post more when I have a chance to finish editing them.  Of course I couldn't resist most of the flowers with the bold colors and bright blue sky.

The colors of the water and sky were amazing.  A few times we even caught the sun shining through the clouds.  We were lucky to  see a few near rainbows after the one small shower that we had.

Isn't this sand snowman adorable - that is, if you live in a warm place!  Unfortunately, the snow did not disappear while we were away, however, there is some grass showing around the edges of the driveway.  I have a "zillion" emails, messages and comments to catch up on so please be patient a bit longer if you are waiting to hear from me.

I can't wait to do some "show and tell" so you can see what the trip was like.  I hope that next year there will be another cruise and that more Cricut fans will be able to join in on the fun!

A very Happy Birthday to my sister Susan and to Mandy at Scrappy-Go-Lucky - there will be cards...
