May Flowers

Today is the first of May and the beginning of the Layout a Day (LOAD) challenge.  I stayed up late last night to watch the page prompt video.  The theme of this LOAD is "Get a Clue" and today I'll be creating a page inspired by the character of Mrs. White, the housekeeper in the game of Clue

I'll be posting again later today once I have created my page.  There are many ways to use this prompt and I have to do a little thinking about it.  White could be snow, or flowers or white hair or white space on a page...or some combination of these ideas.

If you want to jump in at the last minute to participate in LOAD this month, there is always room for one more and you can sign up and start today - click HERE to go to the registration page.

The Artist Trading Card at the top of this post is one of the first I ever created digitally.  The white daffodils could be my inspiration for my LOAD page today.

  1. Your projects are always so wonderful Diane, I can't wait to see what you create. I also will be participating in LOAD but at my own pace as I work 40 hrs plus so I may not be posting in the gallery as ofter as most of you. I can't wait to get started. Have a Scrappy day!!!!

    1. Thanks Miranda - you are sweet to say that. I got my first page in on time, whew! I think a lot of people go at their own pace and that's fine - whatever works with your life. (I ended up missing February altogether but I can always go back and do the prompts when I have time). Happy Scrapping!
