Remember, Remember...


It's the fifth of November - Guy Fawkes Day!

In 1605, Guy Fawkes was part of a plot to assassinate King James I by blowing up the House of Lords.  The plot was foiled and he was arrested and the event is commemorated with bonfires and fireworks on November 5th.

I made this Artist Trading Card last year - I thought I'd post it again to commemorate the day.  You can read the original post HERE and you'll also find links to more information about Guy Fawkes in that post.

We had a very busy weekend and I'll have some interesting things to share about one of the events that I attended in a few days.
