That holder was sitting on my table so I popped in an ornament and it worked. By using 5 1/2 inches you can get four holders from a sheet of 12 x 12 cardstock.

If your daughter is going to be carrying a lot of these you may want to put each one in a wrap of cellophane or something to prevent them from falling out of the boxes and breaking. I was carrying them in a basket to my book group so I wasn't worried about that.Dianehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02661340742782657595noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3436715926498129740.post-90394527891599846622009-12-14T11:29:21.798-05:002009-12-14T11:29:21.798-05:00Diane,

My daughter and I made a whole bunch of the ornaments yesterday and she's going to give them as gifts (starting tomorrow with girl scout leaders!). Thanks again for the great idea!

Jennifermorgansmom2000https://www.blogger.com/profile/07761150956237275584noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3436715926498129740.post-84227498332362637372009-12-11T09:17:20.995-05:002009-12-11T09:17:20.995-05:00What a great idea Diane!! I was wondering what type of paper I would use, and now, I know! I had bought Taj Mahal on a whim, and I know this will be gorgeous to package our ornaments in!!!!

Your Christmas tree in the kitchen...ADORABLE!!!!!

Thanks so much for sharing!!!

Lisa SturgillLisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03452813126421660670noreply@blogger.com
